This coming May 14th, founder Stephanie Akkaoui Hughes will be presenting Architecting Interaction, our vision at AKKA at the International Business Women Conference, IBWC in Belfast.
Hosted by Women in Business Northern Ireland, the IBWC 2014 believes that a balanced cooperation between men and women is the first step to create a vibrant, diverse and sustainable economy, providing opportunities and growth for all.
Under this year’s theme of “Creating a new economy”, Stephanie will be sharing how she is redefining the world of architecture through her daily practice of Architecting Interaction, her vision behind AKKA. Beyond the field of Architecture, Stephanie will also be presenting the Action Labs, a worldwide initiative she founded in 2012, aiming at building and sustaining local communities of entrepreneurs contributing to a prosperous, just and sustainable civilization, through their daily work.
Through her practice at AKKA and the Action Labs, Stephanie’s main focus is to innovate human interactions, as she believes this to be a crucial step in redefining our economy, in the world of architecture but also the world of services and business beyond.
